EXPAT
Expatriate Pass Services

Non-citizens residing abroad
We provide quality services to non-citizens repatriated to Malaysia or non-citizens having successfully secured a job in the country. This is a two-fold process application. The employer is required to fill up the DP10 to secure an endorsement supported by relevant documents. With this approved, the applicant can go on to the next step to apply for the Employment Pass by completing DP11. The above is on the assumption that the applicant resides outside of Malaysia.

Non-citizens residing in Malaysia
However, if the applicant is already in Malaysia on a Visit Pass (Social Pass), he/she should complete the IM.38. He/she is required to pay a processing fee of RM500 for conversion of his/her pass status together with the visa fee (stipulated fee as listed by country). A Visit Pass (professional) sticker will be issued promptly on the same day to the applicant.
